Purchasing from Synergy

Synergy’s online shopping facility Synergyhair.co.nz provides customers with convenient, quick, easy, and secure shopping. Products displayed within the site shopping areas can be purchased using a secure online Visa and MasterCard transaction facility. Customers can be confident that all of their details are protected by the latest security mechanisms and are used only for purposes of the transaction fulfilment. Synergyhair.co.nz does not hold onto cardholder information.

 

Capacity to contract

Orders can only be placed with synergyhair.co.nz by persons with capacity to contract who are over the age of 18.

 

Wrong Product

We apologise if you have received the wrong item by mistake. This is not common and we want to resolve this as quickly as possible for you.

To receive a replacement, we will arrange for the product to be returned in the same condition you received it and within 14 days from the day on which you received the item. We will honour all purchases within the Consumer Guarantees Act

We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds if you simply change your mind or the item is not what you expected to be.

 

Damaged Product

Please accept our apologies if you have received an item that is damaged or faulty. We understand how frustrating this can be and want to resolve this as quickly as possible for you. The packaging of Salon Only Hair Products & Equipment is conducted with the utmost care – Ensure the package is received correctly.

If you believe that the item is faulty, please contact us immediately orders@synergyhair.co.nz. You will need to tell us exactly what the fault is, and as soon as possible after discovering the fault. We will work closely with you to ensure your satisfaction is met.

 

Item not Received

We apologise if you have not received your item. This is not common and we want to resolve this as quickly as possible for you.

To receive a refund or a replacement, you must inform us orders@synergyhair.co.nz that you have not received your item within 10 working days from the day on which you received an email from us confirming that the item had been dispatched.

Please ensure you supply us with your full and correct shipping address. Synergyhair.co.nz will not be responsible for orders that go missing when the customer has incorrectly advised us of their address. Should you enter the wrong address, Synergyhair.co.nz is not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.

 

Product Pricing

All prices in the online shop are represented in local currency (NZD for New Zealand). Where applicable local taxes are shown and included in the total price. Credit card transactions are processed in New Zealand, in New Zealand dollars.

Synergy Hair reserves the rights to change or make correction of errors in pricing of any of our products and services. Synergy Hair shall not be held responsible for any such modifications or errors.

Our Returns policy and product pricing does not affect your statutory rights.

Stock & Promotional Stock

We apologise if we currently have stock & promotional items “out of stock” With our Stock management System, we take care that there are sufficient number of all the products, but we may at times run out of stock. This can be caused by demand for a product or Promotion, Transportation delays to us that are beyond our control. Promotional stock is ‘while stock lasts’.  You will be advised within 48hours of any delays regarding such delays via email. In most cases the delay of standard stock is not more than 3-5 days

 

Privacy & Security Information

All information collected through this website is collected and stored in accordance with the Privacy Act 1993.

Privacy is important. We will never pass your personal information on to any third party. You can buy with confidence from us.

The privacy of your customer data, orders and credit cards are important to us. We will not disclose or sell your customer data to any third party.

Credit card details are not stored anywhere on our servers nor in our premises. Your credit card details are processed in real time by an independent DPS payment gateway authorised by our bank, using secure encryption.

For us to process your order, we need to know your name, email address, delivery address, credit/debit card number, security code and expiry date. We will not collect any information about you unless it is specifically and knowingly provided by you. The information we collect will be accurate and up to date. You can check this at any time by contacting our customer care department. We will immediately correct any inaccuracies you report.

DPS is committed to protecting the security of your data. We use a variety of security technologies and procedures to help protect your personal information from unauthorised access, use or disclosure. For example, we store the personal information you provide in computer servers with limited access that are located in controlled facilities secured by the latest in surveillance and security technology. When we transmit sensitive information (such as a credit card numbers) over the internet, we protect it through the use of encryption, such as the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol. Credit card details stored on site are encrypted using 168bit 3DES encryption. DPS is also certified AIS compliant.

It is important for you to protect against unauthorised access to your password and to your computer. Ensure that you log out when you finish using a shared computer.

We will not sell, rent, and give your name, email address or any of your personal details to a third party. All transactions are carried out in a secure environment.

We take the risk of internet fraud very seriously. With the volume of fraudulent credit card transactions increasing, we make every effort to ensure all orders are thoroughly checked using the information already supplied. There is a possibility we may contact you to make additional security checks and we ask for your co-operation to enable us to complete them. Fraudulent transactions will not be tolerated by us and such transactions will be reported to the relevant authorities.

Delivery & Shipping  We aim to have all orders delivered as quickly as possible within New Zealand

(1) 1-2 Days   EXPRESS Delivery.
 If order is received no later than 12pm Monday – Friday, delivery of your order can be couriered overnight for next day metropolitan delivery.  Note subject to stock availability, Courier’s delivery to non metro channels (Rural/Country) may affect express delivery times.   
 

(3)  International Orders: Synergy Hair can ship orders internationally subject to product type and nature eg. We cannot air courier ‘Hairspray Aerosols’. Please email orders@synergyhair.co.nz with your request & order. Freight costs per standard items is NZ$20.00 – 30.00. Delivery approx 7-14 days with no track and trace. If you wish to have a track and trace number an additional charge will occur.

General – Orders are dispatched Monday – Friday Excludes NZ Public Holidays. Orders can be ‘Tracked’ via the Courier Ticket Number. Aerosols eg hairspray (Classified Dangerous Goods) may have a slower delivery date. All courier deliveries do not require a signature on delivery.
