Love the product and appreciate the promptness of the delivery. However, I was a bit disappointed about the shipping charge as I was given a discount card to my local Synergy Store since they did not have a supply of the product and did not want me to have to pay for a product they did not stock. When it came to ordering the product online, the code they gave me did not work and I ended up paying $6.99 for the product's delivery. Is there any way that this can be reimbursed please?
