The promotion commences at 12:00am NZST on 2 November 2026 and closes at 11:59pm NZST on 10 November 2026. Entries received after this time will not be eligible.
Participation in the promotion is limited to one (1) entry per transaction. Any duplicate entries will be removed prior to the prize draw.
Employees of Synergy Hair and their immediate families are not eligible to enter. Synergy Hair reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants.
Participants are required to provide their email address when completing the online entry form. By entering, participants agree to receive marketing communications and email newsletters from Synergy Hair. Participants may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link included in these communications.
One (1) winner will be randomly drawn on 11 November 2026. The winner will be contacted directly via email and may also be announced on the @synergyhairnz Instagram account and Synergy Hair NZ Facebook page. If the winner does not respond within five (5) business days of being notified, Synergy Hair reserves the right to redraw the prize.
The winner must provide valid proof of identification to confirm their eligibility. The winner will also be required to visit their nearest Synergy Hair store for a photo or provide a photo of themselves for promotional purposes.
This image may be used by Synergy Hair across social media, website and email marketing channels to announce or promote the giveaway.
The prize must be redeemed within three (3) months of the winner announcement date.
The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
If the winner is unable to accept the prize for any reason, Synergy Hair reserves the right to redraw the prize.
Synergy Hair accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize value.
Synergy Hair reserves the right to substitute the prize, or any component of the prize, with a prize of equal or greater value if circumstances require.
Synergy Hair accepts no responsibility for any technical difficulties, errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, delays in operation or transmission, communications failures, theft, destruction, unauthorised access to entries or any other issue that may affect participation in the promotion.
Synergy Hair reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, submits fraudulent entries, or breaches these Terms and Conditions.
Personal information collected as part of this promotion will be used for the administration of the promotion and in accordance with Synergy Hair's Privacy Policy.
