E as my hair is not oily. Seems gentle without too much tangle but only used once as have my favourite shampoo. Just good to change and boost if hair bit short after hair cut or feeling hair needs a boost on bad hair days.

I’m torn with this because I love the shampoo but the bottle arrived and the pump wouldn’t work which kills it. I have to fully open the bottle and scrap the shampoo off the straw which is not ideal. But it really feels great and I love the smell!
