I bought this for my 15 year old daughter. She was being bullied at school because of her naturally oily hair. I had tried countless products to no avail. I finally found this set and bought it in a last ditch effort to help. Her hair is so beautiful, soft, oil free, and she's now getting compliments on her hair at school

Shampoo left scalp feeling dry and itchy. Usually like Nak products but not this one. Synergy service very prompt.

Love this product it’s the only one that does what I want for my hair? I have thick hair and this makes my hair light and bouncy and makes it feel great all day.

I have fine, oily hair and have found the Balance shampoo and conditioner to be perfect. It has taken me a long time to find a suitable product - I will be using this one going forward.

My hair looks great and feels great - however my head is itchy after the second wash with it - not sure if it is an adjustment thing (how long do you give it to adjust?) or something in it my scalp doesn't like - anyone else have this? I am struggling to find a shampoo/conditioner that doesn't make my head itch and leave hair looking and feeling great - I have fine oily hair.

My hair always feels silky smooth after washing with this shampoo and conditioner.

This shampoo and conditioner are great. I brought it for my daughter as her hair gets quite oily and it’s so good that I’ve started using it myself. It smells great and leaves hair fresher for longer. I highly recommend.
