Step Two: Apply Color Fanatic Top Coat + Tone Purple evenly throughout hair. When using Top Coat + Tone Purple apply to previously color-treated areas to neutralize unwanted tones.
Step Three: Leave in for 5-10 minutes and rinse thoroughly.
Step Four: Finish with preferred Pureology conditioner or mask, only if necessary.
