Fantastic product. I have extensions so wanted a product that was sulphate free and wouldn’t turn them purple. I was amazed at the colour after one wash. Definitely took the yellow tone out of my hair and extensions which resulted in a nice creamy ash colour. Also this product doesn’t turn your hands purple which is awesome. Wasn’t drying at all like other purple shampoos I have used in the past. Highly recommend this product if you have blonde hair like me. Very happy and will be purchasing it again.

This Purple shampoo from Olaplex in my opinion is by FAR the best if you want to get rid of brassiness or just give your hair a freshly new toner look. I use this once a week when I get to my last 4 weeks before I need to go for my hi-lites and it is absolutely incredible. I have received so many compliments after a wash. I wash my hair the 1st shampoo with my personal choice and then try and ring out as much water as I can, lather the purple shampoo on and then do a shave to make up a little time (as I do believe the trick is to leave it on for a good 5min to get the perfect results) then rinse out and condition as usual and then style. It does not leave that “purple” look on some of your righter parts but instead makes everything a beautiful ashy blonde.
The best for me is that my hair don’t feel like grass as some purple shampoo’s make you feel and does not make my already oily hair oily at all. It is on the more expensive side but this is more of a extender to keep your blonde hair fresh than a daily use so will last for months on end. Just absolutely love the look of my blonde colour after. Best Purple shampoo!

I have bleached blonde hair and was super excited to give this a try! The Shampoo itself is great but I found it toned my hair to a dull-ish blonde rather than bright – maybe I kept it in for too long? I have the regular Olaplex No.4 maintenance shampoo and I like that more. If you have really brassy coloured hair you’re trying to get rid of, I’m sure this would be great 🙂
