Use:
Apply shampoo to wet hair and massage to create a lather. Rinse and repeat as required. Rinse and follow with conditioner. Leave for a few minutes before rinsing thoroughly. Apply thermal spray pre heat styling.

I have never tried the brand before however it is one that I will continue to use. The scent is nice but not over powering, the shampoo and conditioner are great for my thick course hair which has been coloured, bleached, coloured again… it leaves my hair clean and healthy to the touch and best of all it does not leave me with frizzy hair!!
I like the heat protection a lot, the Sparta component is great and doesn’t clog up at all. I intend to stick with this brand.
