Orders are dispatched Monday–Friday (excluding New Zealand public holidays). Orders can be tracked via the courier ticket number. Aerosols e.g. hairspray are classified as dangerous goods and may have a slower delivery date. All courier deliveries will require a signature on delivery.
If an order is received no later than 8:00am Monday–Friday, delivery of the order can be couriered overnight for next day metropolitan delivery (subject to stock availability). Delivery to rural addresses is 1 – 2 days. All orders under $50.00 will incur a $4.90 shipping fee. All delivery times are subject to couriers and all orders require a signature on delivery.
If you wish to give the courier authority to deliver without a signature you may specify this in your order notes. Synergy Hair and our courier representative will not be liable for any loss or damage to a parcel left in accordance with the instructions provided. Our courier representative may at their sole discretion refuse to leave the parcel at the specified location for any reason.
Synergy Hair can ship orders to Australia subject to product type and nature (we cannot air courier any aerosols). This option can be chosen at checkout. All orders over NZ$150.00 will receive FREE shipping (otherwise a standard shipping fee of NZ$19.00 will apply). Delivery approx 3-14 days (subject to your state in Australia). All courier deliveries will require a signature on delivery.
Synergy Hair can ship orders internationally subject to product type and nature (we cannot air courier any aerosols). Please email email@example.com with your request & order. Freight costs per standard items are NZ$20.00–$40.00. Delivery approx 7-14 days. All courier deliveries will require a signature on delivery.
We apologise if you have received the wrong item. This is not common and we want to resolve this as quickly as possible for you.
If you have received the wrong product, please contact us immediately firstname.lastname@example.org; so we can arrange an exchange. Please provide your order number and a photo of the incorrect product.
To receive a replacement, we will arrange for the product to be returned in the same condition you received it and within 14 days from the day on which you received the item. We will honor all purchases within the Consumer Guarantees Act
Please accept our apologies if you have received an item that is damaged or faulty. We understand how frustrating this can be and want to resolve this as quickly as possible for you. The packaging of salon-only hair products & equipment is conducted with the utmost care.
If you believe that the item is damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately email@example.com; so we can arrange a product exchange or refund. Please provide your order number and either a photo or video of the damaged/faulty product.
We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds if you simply changed your mind or the item isn’t what you expected to be.
