Use
Description
Use: Apply shampoo to wet hair and gently massage into a cleansing lather. Rinse thoroughly and repeat if desired for optimum cleansing. Apply conditioner to clean, wet hair and massage from roots to ends. Leave in for 1 to 5 minutes, rinse thoroughly.
Best for: colour-treated, dry and damaged hair

Ive been buying product for couple of years. It helps with my hair colour with keeping it in the hair. I find not washing my hair is better for my hair growth and health, probably only wash twice a week the other days just use the conditioner or just wet the hair.
