Use:
1. Shampoo your hair and rinse thoroughly.
2. Apply a small amount of conditioner to your hair, focusing on the mid-lengths and ends.
3. Massage the conditioner into your hair and leave it on for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
4. Rinse your hair thoroughly with warm water.
